Hi, I’m Dex. I'm an Exercise Scientist, ADHD adult and the creator of the ADHD Training System.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 29, after years of wondering why I could understand training better than almost anyone… yet still struggled with consistency, burnout, injuries and the pressure to “do more.”
Traditional fitness never worked for my brain. It was overwhelming, all-or-nothing and built on rigid routines that ignored energy levels, focus and reality.
Every time I felt like I was achieving something with my fitness, I'd fall off.
So I built something different.
With a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, years coaching pro athletes and everyday adults, and my own lived ADHD experience, I’ve created a training approach that’s simple and actually feels doable for ADHD brains.
Here's how I approach fitness:
• Train without burnout or guilt
• Move past all-or-nothing patterns
• Build strength with minimal overwhelm
• Eat in a way that boosts energy (not drains it) without the need for tracking calories and meal prepping
• Stay consistent with the least amount of friction possible
My goal is simple:
Make fitness easier, calmer and more achievable for people who were never meant to follow the “just be disciplined” model.
If you’ve tried every program, followed every influencer and still feel like nothing sticks... it’s not you.
You just need a system designed for the way your brain works.
And that’s what I’m here to help you with.
“I try to follow influencers ‘perfect’ routines… then crash when I can’t keep up.”
"I start strong but just can't seem to stay consistent"
"The idea of tracking calories, macros and meal prepping is beyond overwhelming"
